SPC organizes many yearly and seasonal activities that are geared toward youth and children. This section overviews those activities and provides information for parents and children to help you get involved in the seasonal activities at South Potomac Church.

Vacation Bible School (Summer)

Kid's Club (Late Fall)

Kid’s Club is designed for kids in 1st through 5th grades. It meets for four sessions of 5 to 8 weeks throughout the school year, always on Tuesday evenings. We just completed our fall Interest Clubs. During this time, the kids got to choose one of several activities each evening. They were able to participate in arts and crafts, a “beauty club” (hair and nails), playing video games, doing Tae Kwan Do, watching movies or playing basketball or soccer. In addition, each evening we had a brief lesson on character, learning more about courage, forgiveness, honesty, kindness and love.

Stagelights (Winter/Spring)

Our next edition of Stagelights will start October 5. We will be working towards a Christmas production scheduled for Saturday December 4. We hope you will be able to join us! Contact Kathy Purves for more information or sign up in the lobby.
